Request for Reconsideration Form
Request forms for the reconsideration of library materials are available to the public. The Library Director, Assistant Director and/or Reference Librarians will review any completed forms and send a written response to the requestor within a reasonable amount of time, not to exceed one week after the next scheduled Library Board of Trustees meeting.
